2. What sort of exercise is best for your heart?
Regular exercise lowers the risk of developing heart disease, and one of the best activities is aerobic exercise. This uses the large muscle groups in the arms, legs and back, increasing both breathing and heart rate. It is generally recommended that you do at least 30 minutes aerobic activity at least five times a week for which Cycles, Treadmills, Ellipticals, Airwalkers and Rowers are ideal.
